must possess the requisite skills and capacities. These individuals include the management
committee, staff and personnel, volunteers, and development committee members.
The management committee must possess skills such as leadership, strategic planning, financial
management, and decision-making. They must also have the capacity to effectively communicate and
collaborate with other committee members and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the
organization.
The staff and personnel of the organization must possess skills such as project management,
communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. They must also have the capacity to effectively
carry out their assigned roles and responsibilities to support the organization’s mission and goals.
Volunteers play a critical role in supporting the organization’s activities and must possess skills such
as communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. They must also have the capacity to work
collaboratively with staff and other volunteers to achieve common objectives.

CBIOA Center recognizes the importance of convergence in its approaches towards achieving its
mission. To empower communities and promote sustainable development, the center employs a
coordinated and collaborative approach that integrates various strategies.
The first approach involves identifying the needs of individuals and communities and building rapport
with them to establish trust and understanding. The center then refers individuals to the appropriate
services and provides supportive services to ensure that their needs are met effectively.
Networking and linkages with other organizations, government agencies, and community groups are
also important strategies employed by the center. By building strong partnerships and linkages, the
center can leverage resources, share expertise, and collaborate on common goals to achieve greater

The organization has extensive experience in working with urban areas, particularly in addressing a
